Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive, hoy les enseñaré mi receta de brigadeiro de chocolate el cual es usado para realizar trufas, rellenar o decorar tortas, este relleno es uno de mis preferidos al momento de decorar una torta, ya que tiene un increíble sabor.

Hello my dear friends of Hive, today I will show you my recipe for chocolate brigadeiro which is used to make truffles, fill or decorate cakes, this filling is one of my favorite when decorating a cake, because it has an incredible flavor.

Los ingredientes que se utilizan son los siguientes:

395 gramos de leche condensada (1 lata).
200 gramos de crema de leche.
30 gramos de cacao en polvo.

The ingredients used are as follows:
395 grams of condensed milk (1 can).
200 grams of heavy cream.
30 grams of cocoa powder.

Primer paso: En una olla colocamos la leche condensada con la crema de leche y le tamizamos el cacao (se debe tamizar para evitar grumos en la mezcla) y mezclamos.

First step: In a saucepan place the condensed milk with the cream and sift the cocoa (it must be sieved to avoid lumps in the mixture) and mix.

Segundo paso: cocinamos a fuego lento por aproximadamente 30 minutos, mientras estemos cocinando NO debemos dejar de mezclar (así evitamos que se pegue o se queme) y listo ya tenemos nuestro brigadeiro de chocolate.

Second step: cook over low heat for approximately 30 minutes, while we are cooking we should NOT stop stirring (this way we avoid sticking or burning) and ready we have our chocolate brigadeiro.

Si deseas hacer trufas solo debes almacenarla en el congelador por unas horas, cuando lo saques puedes hacer bolitas y decorarlas con lluvia de colores. Si deseas utilizarlo para decorar o rellenar una torta debes almacenarlo por 24 horas en la nevera y listo.

If you want to make truffles just store it in the freezer for a few hours, when you take it out you can make little balls and decorate them with colored rain. If you want to use it to decorate or fill a cake you should store it for 24 hours in the refrigerator and that's it.
