Today I'd like to share with you my favorite salad recipe. This is a kind of dish, that can be consumed everyday, as it's packed with vitamins, fiber, healthy fats and descent amount of protein - everything your body and gut need!
Ingredients
- 75 grams of spinach
- 25 grams of kale
- 30 grams of shred zucchini
- 15 grams of shred carrot
- 1/3 of greenhouse diced cucumber
- 1 sliced stalk of celery
- 3 - 4 onion slices
- 20 grams of parmesan cheese flakes
- 2 tbsp of flax seeds
- 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 6 - 10 macadamia nuts
- 10 - 15 pistachios
- 5 - 8 tbsp of olive oil
- 10 - 15 green olive pieces
Preparation
Throw spinach and kale into a 3 liter (~ 100 fl ounce) bowl and mix. Add shred zucchini, carrot, sliced celery, diced cucumber and green olives (preferably cut in half), then mix again. Add onion slices. Top the salad off with parmesan cheese flakes, flax and sesame seeds, macadamia nuts and pistachios. Pour olive oil and voila! You've made yourself a delicious, healthy meal :)
