Today I will present you my quickest and healthiest recipe. It is so simple that you only need fresh fish and oven. No fancy stuff.
First, you clean the fishes. Important thing it is to wash it with water at the end of cleaning as then they are more firm.
Then preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Put the 🐟 to the baking paper or glass baking tray. No oil needed.
Bake it 10 minutes on a ventilation grill. No other things needeed.
Take it out and enjoy the look. Don't mind the smell of course.
The fishes are prepared. Serve them with olive oil and some side dish (potatoes, vegetables, etc.). Of course open a bottle of dry white wine too.
I used to have sardine fish soup when i was a kid. Now you can't really get fresh sardines, only frozen one. It looks like a healthy dish to me.
Sardines fish soup? I have not heard about it. Will Google for some
recipes. I am little afraid they have a strong aftertaste?
It's possible, depending on what you are used to.

I love sardines, they are delicious and very nutritious. I suppose that if they are prepared in large quantities they can be kept in airtight containers covered with oil, right? Greetings.
Me encantan las sardinas, son deliciosas y muy nutritivas. Supongo que si se preparan en grandes cantidades se pueden conservar en recipientes herméticos cubiertas de aceite, cierto? Saludos.
