How to prepare

First add the condensed milk into the pan. We used "Leite Moça" (also known as Lechera in some countries) and this should be enough to make 3 portions.

Add now the cocoa powder and butter into the pan. Make sure to blend it a bit before turning on the stove.

Keep mixing with the fire on for about 7-10 minutes until it start boiling. Don't stop mixing otherwise it can burn, and you will end up with a bitter taste.

Once its boiling turn off the stove. You will now add crushed "Paçocas" and blend it all together. Paçocas are made of crushed peanut and sugar and it is one of the most popular local candies in Brazil. If you like peanut butter you will definitely love this.

Pour on a small plate and let it cool for about 10 minutes. You can either eat it warm or leave on the fridge for 25-30min and it becomes gooey. I personally prefer the second option as it goes really well with fruits.

Slice and add your favorite fruit. It goes really well with bananas and strawberries, but you can add whatever you prefer. I also poured some crushed Paçocas to add an extra crunch.
