On a brighter note, it seems like some plants are thriving despite the conditions. Mango and jackfruit trees, in particular, are bearing fruit exceptionally well. Right now, the trees are laden with an abundance of jackfruits.
Amidst this bounty, I've discovered another delightful recipe using jackfruit seeds. It's a flavorful and nutritious dish that transforms discarded jackfruit seeds into a culinary delight. What's more, this dish is not only delicious but also safe for small children, and it can be prepared at a very low cost. Let's take a look at the ingredients needed to whip up this tasty treat.
Materials Used.
Jackfruit 300g.
Sugar 300g.
2 Tablespoons of margarine.
1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
2 drops of food coloring of your choice.
Cashew nuts 30g.
For the chocolate mixture.
Now let's first take the jackfruit seeds and put it in a pot, add more water to it and boil it well. Remove the skin from the boiled jackfruit seeds.
Next, we use a blender or Wood Crafts and grind the jackfruits seeds well.
At the same time we need a tray for this. Now let's take a pot and put it on the stove and add well crushed jackfruit seeds to it. Add sugar to it and mix well. Keep it on the stove for about 15 minutes.
Next, after 15 minutes, add margarine, food coloring and cardamom and mix well.
Next we add peanuts to it and when the mixture becomes thick, add it to the bowl. Mix it well
Now put it in the tray and make it thin. Leave it to cool for about 15 minutes and cut into pieces.
This is a fascinating and unique dish called "musket." Musket is typically considered an expensive commodity in the market. However, it can be transformed into a nutritious and flavorful dish using jackfruit seeds. The best part is, you won't even be able to tell that it's made from jackfruit seeds!
