Prepared spicy- tangy Pôtátö Sandwich!

Hello foodies! Welcome to my blog!
Today I am here with you all to share a recipe of Spicy potato sandwich. Morning breakfast is an important meal of our daily routine, but it can be little stressful to make different and healthy breakfast daily for the family. SANDWICHES are always on to rescue and it can be made in lots of variations. Aloo sandwiches or potato sandwiches are very popular in canteens and cafes. They are made in so many ways but are always spiced and delicious. These are kids friendly too.

So let's see how to make potato sandwich.

1.Boil potatoes and peel them and keep aside.

2.In a bowl add chopped onions, boiled sweet corn, chopped capsicum, grated carrot and green chili.

3.Then add fresh chopped coriander leaves, redchili powder, garam masala, chat masala, cumin powder, salt, black salt , lemon juice and mashed potatoes.

4.mix up everything well. Taste test and add more spices if required.

5.spear butter one one side of bread.

6.Turn the bread and put some green chutney or Mayonnaise. You can spread schezwan sauce. Here I had mayonnaise.

7.spread Potato Masala.

8.Cover with another bread slice.You can also smear chutney or sauce on both the slices.

9.smear butter on the outer.

10.Heat the sandwich griller and grill the sandwich for 4 min until crisp and golden.

11.Transfer potato sandwiches in the plate and serve them with tomato ketchup.
