I know most of the people have tried this recipe in their own method.
Today I also prepared this in my lunch with chapati. This dish is called
Bharwan Baingan in English Stuffed Brinjal. This Brinjal which is shown in this pic is Desi (organic) Brinjal. In this recipe I have used a green purple desi brinjals. It has thorns on their green part shown in the below pic. This type of brinjals grown in the dessert part. This dish is super tasty of small brinjals.
Instructions
- Cut the thorns of the brinjals and keep aside the give a slit in the middle of the 🍆 brinjals so that we can put the masala into them.
2.Then prepare masala by 2 spoon of coriander powder, cumin powder, little red Chilli powder, salt, hing, and dry mango powder.
3.Then stuff in prepared masala powder to Brinjal and keep aside.
4.Put the masalas properly by giving little pressure by thumb.
- In a kadhai, heat oil and Splutter cumin powder and hing.
- Add Stuffed Brinjal and saute it for 10 minutes till the Brinjals become soft. Keep the gas in a low flame .
Enjoy Bharwan Baingan with Roti or Parantha.
One important note make sure there are no worms in brinjals.
