Hello everyone, welcome to the Foodiesbeehive Community, where you can show your recipes on how to make different foods at home and also learn from others in different countries.
I will be making intercontinental dishes today. Lol, I was craving something different from the usual food I eat, so I decided to go for chicken and chips.

Here in my country it is very rare to see this kind of food, except if you order it, which is quite expensive, so instead of buying it expensive, I decided to make mine the way I love it. Besides, I don’t really like eating outside, and that is why I can never get tired of making my homemade food to be sure of what I am consuming.
So let's get into the kitchen and see how I make my homemade chicken and chips..
ingredients are:
2 chicken laps
2 pieces of potatoes
350ml of groundnut oil
150g of tomato paste
50g of dry pepper
1 piece of egg
Half a teaspoon of salt
2 pieces of seasoning cube
5g of curry powder
100g of flour

Procedure
I rinse the chicken laps , put them inside a clean pot, then add water for boiling and then put it on the burner. I added a quarter of a half of salt to the chicken and also a seasoning cube, then the curry powder.

I move on to peeling the potatoes, and after that I sliced them into pieces and set them aside.

I broke the egg inside a clean bowl and then set it aside. I also poured the flour inside a bigger bowl and set it aside as well.

I put a smaller frying pan on the burner and then pour the groundnut oil into it.

The chicken laps were already cooked, so I sieved the water away and then packed them out. I deep each chicken lap into the egg, turn it, and also deep them inside the flour and turn it so that the flour could stick on the chicken laps very well.

I put them into the hot oil and then fry for ten minutes because they were already boiled before.

I packed them out when they were turning brown and then moved to the other process.

I poured the sliced potatoes into the egg and also dipped them inside the flour, then poured them into the hot oil to fry on a low heat.

Now it’s time for the sauce. I reduced the oil in the pot, then poured the tomato paste into it and stirred. After that I added the dry pepper and stirred again.
