Bread happens to be a universal food with different recipes, so I wouldn't deny the fact that I love bread, but I am not a fan of buying it outside because I am always scared of germs that some bakeries mix up with their ingredients.
So, instead of giving up on bread, I learned how to make it in different ways and with different recipes as well, which I am going to share for today's inleo prompt.
Ingredients are:
Flour (300g)
Sugar (100g)
Powdered Milk (100g)
Salt (pinch)
Yeast (5g)
Groundnut oil (250ml)
Procedure
I don't think most people know we can fry bread instead of baking it. LoL, I love it fried because of how brown it looks and the taste is really good as well, so let me show you how I make my bread exceptional at home.
I poured one teacup of water inside a kettle and then put it on the burner to warm a little bit. After that, I opened the powdered milk sachet, poured it into the warm water, and then made use of a tablespoon to stir it.

The next thing I poured was the yeast, and I also. Make use of a tablespoon and stir it thoroughly so that it will dissolve.

I added sugar to the warm water and stirred for two minutes so that the sugar could dissolve as well. I also added a pinch of salt.

Lastly, I poured the flour into the mixture, then made use of my hand to mix it until it formed a dough. I added one tablespoon of oil and then mixed again until it became smooth.

I covered it and then put it under the sun for 30 minutes so that the dough could swell up.

After that, I cut a small dough and then placed it on a board. I made use of a rolling pin to spread it, then made use of a plastic cover to cut a round shape out.

I made use of a cutter to cut a straight line in the middle of the circle, then put it inside the hot oil on the burner.

The same process was applied to the rest of the dough until there was no dough again.
I allowed it to fry until it turned a golden brown, then I packed them inside a flat plate.

The golden brown bread is ready to be served with any kind of chilled drink of your choice.
