- dos cucharadas de mantequilla
- una cucharada de harina de trigo (o maizina)
- dos tazas de arroz preparado
- tres cucharadas de crema de leche.
- como condimentos puede colocarle, sal, adobo, curry, oregano molido, salsa de ajo y un chorrito de salsa inglesa.
Preparación
Para el espesante colocar en una sartén a calentar la mantequilla e irle incorporando poco a poco la harina de trigo tamizado, hasta obtener una pasta algo dura. luego reservar aparte en la misma sartén, esto servirá para espesar más adelante la salsa del pollo.
Calentar una sartén grande y colocar una taza de agua allí para cocinar el pollo, tapar y cocinar por 20 min aprox.
Agregar al pollo, la cebolla y la papa, tapar de nuevo y cocinar 10 min más.
Ahora condimentar, colocando sal suficiente, orégano, curry, adobo, salsa de ajo e inglesa. Revolver y dejar cocinar unos 5 min.
Si necesita agregar una media taza de agua para que quede salsa suficiente en el pollo, agregar un poco de ese caldo en la sartén de el espesante previamente preparado. e ir disolviendo. al estár disuelto y espeso agregarlo al pollo.
Agregar la crema de leche a la salsa, integrando todo.
Listo, para servir, en mi caso lo acompañé con arroz y unos plátanos fritos, buen provecho 🍴👨🏼🍳

Preparation
