Preparation time: 110 minutes

PREPRATION
1 First, make the pizza dough. To do this, run the yeast in sugary, lukewarm water. As soon as it has risen, add the flour, then add the salt and two tablespoons of olive oil. Work the dough together and then knead on a clean work surface for a few minutes to make the pizza dough as light as possible. Then form loaf out of it, cover and let it rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

2 Meanwhile, make the pizza sauce. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, then begin to fry the thinly sliced onion on it. Once it has a pale color, pour in the canned tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and chopped basil, then cook for about 20-25 minutes. If a piece of tomato is not completely cooked, crush it to give a spreadable, creamy sauce.

3 Next to the chicken, we cut it into small cubes, then we start to fry in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook in its own juice. Once softened, remove from heat and set aside.

4 When the dough has risen, sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and start spreading on it. Let us stretch the dough to the shape we want to bake our pizza on. Grease the baking sheet with oil, then place the stretched dough in it.

5 Grate the mozzarella cheese, spread the dough thinly with the pizza sauce, then sprinkle with the chicken cubes and grated cheese.

6 Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 220 degrees (200 degrees in an air-stirred oven) for 15-20 minutes, then cut it into slices and serve hot.
