MINI HALLOWEEN CAKES! 🎃👻 (ENG-ESP)

Even though Halloween was celebrated a few days ago, I wanted to share with you the recipe I prepared for my family on this holiday, where we gathered and enjoyed horror movies while eating candy, pizza and these mini pumpkin pies!

¡A pesar de que Halloween fue celebrado días atrás, quise compartirles la receta que prepare para mi familia en esta festividad, donde nos reunimos y disfrutamos de películas de terror comiendo golosinas, pizza y estos mini pasteles de calabaza!

INGREDIENTS:🎃

2 cups flour.1 tsp baking powder.
2 eggs.2 tsp cinnamon.
1 cup sugar.1 tsp nutmeg.
1 tsp vanilla.80 ml oil.
180 g pumpkin puree.half a cup of milk
1 tablespoon rum (optional)

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DECORATION: (OPTIONAL)🎃

250G Condensed milk.1 cup chocolate for dusting.
Any Halloween decoration item.1 tbsp cinnamon.
1 tsp nutmeg.80g pumpkin puree.

2 huevos.2 cdta canela.
1 taza de azúcar.1 cdta nuez moscada.
1 cdta vainilla.80 ml aceite.
180 g puré de calabaza.media taza de leche
1 cucharada de ron (opcional)

INGREDIENTES PARA LA DECORACIÓN: (OPCIONAL)🎃

250G Leche condensada.1 Taza chocolate para polvorear.
Cualquier objeto decoración de Halloween.1 cda canela.
1 cdta nuez moscada.80g puré de calabaza.

PREPARATION.👻

The first thing I did mix some of the solid ingredients which would be, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, with a spoon mix all the ingredients, having a result of a flour with a little brown color. Then, in a bowl with enough space to allow us to mix, place the two eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar, then with a whisk or mixer, we will mix the ingredients until they are well integrated. Finally we are going to sift the flour adding it slowly and mixing it simultaneously to avoid lumps in our mixture, then we are going to add a little rum in case you want to add a touch of alcohol you can add it together with the pumpkin puree.

In whatever form you have in your kitchen we are going to place the mixture, to prevent it from sticking to the container previously you have to grease it, either with butter or sunflower oil. I had some unused coconut shells at home, so I wanted to make an experiment, so I used them and left them in the oven for 15 minutes at 160 degrees.

Decoration (optional step) To give life of terror to the cake, I decided to transport it in kind of little monster, but with a delicious flavor. The first thing I did was to prepare the pumpkin topping, in a bowl, mix condensed milk, cinnamon, pumpkin puree, then spoon the topping on each cake, to give a moist and sweet touch to our dessert. To create the little monster with a spoon I opened the middle of the cake then powder the cake with cocoa until completely covered and in the hole I placed some chocolate fingers that I got in a supermarket, you can place another decoration, for example you can place strawberry jam to simulate blood.

PREPARACIÓN.👻

Lo primero que hice mezclar algunos de los ingredientes sólidos que serían, la harina, canela, nuez moscada, polvo de hornear, con una cuchara mezcle todos los ingredientes, teniendo un resultado de una harina con un pequeño color marrón. Luego, en un recipiente con suficiente espacio que nos permita mezclar, coloque los dos huevos, el aceite, vainilla y el azúcar, después con una varilla o batidora, mezclaremos los ingredientes hasta que se encuentren bien integrados. Por último vamos a tamizar la harina agregándola de forma pausada y mezclándolo en simultáneo para evitar grumos en nuestra mezcla, después vamos a agregar un poco de ron en caso de que desees colocarle un toque de alcohol puedes agregarlo junto con el puré de calabaza.

En cualquier forma que dispongas en tu cocina vamos a colocar la mezcla, para evitar que se pegue al recipiente previamente tienes que engrasarlo, ya sea con mantequilla o aceite de girasol. Yo disponía de conchas de coco en casa que se encontraban sin usar, así que quise hacer un experimento, así que los utilice y los deje en el horno por 15 minutos a 160 grados.

Decoración. (paso opcional) Para darle vida de terror al bizcocho decidí transportarlo en especie de un pequeño monstruo, pero con un sabor delicioso. Lo primero que hice fue preparar la cobertura de calabaza, en un recipiente, mezcle, leche condensada, canela, puré de calabaza, luego con una cuchara coloque en cada bizcocho la cubertura, de dar aún toque húmedo y dulce a nuestro postre. Para crear el pequeño monstruo con una cuchara abrí el medio del bizcocho luego polvoree con cacao el bizcocho hasta cubrirlo por completo y en el hueco que coloque unos dedos de chocolate que conseguí en un supermercado, puedes colocar otra decoración, por ejemplo puedes colocar mermelada de fresa para simular sangre.

So easy we have some delicious Halloween style desserts, a great idea for family gatherings, it's a dessert that will get a lot of laughter and happiness to the stomach for its delicious taste.
