Hello Everyone,
Today I had to cook some lunch while my work. So I decided to make a quick and easy something for myself. And which I can eat without side dishes. Let me share this easy one with you.
Ingredients:
- Carrot
- Leeks (Green Onion)
- Cabbage
- Onion
- Capsicum
- Chicken
- Sausage
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Chili flakes
- Tamarind
- Black pepper
- Oil/Butter
First, I have chopped vegetables into small pieces. And then I have cut the chicken and sausages into pieces.
After that the pan is heated and oil and some butter is added into the pan. Make a ginger garlic past and add it into the heated oil and fry until it becomes golden brown.
Then I have added chicken which is seasoned with black pepper and salt into the pan. When the chicken is well fried add the sausage into it.
Instead of making chili oil, I have added the chili flakes and Tamarind water. To make Tamarind water, add some tamarind and hot water into a cup and get the water after few minutes.
After mixing all these things, next thing was to add vegetables to cook. Normally we add those veggies which takes more time to fry/cook first. So I have added onion and capsicum first. And then added the carrot, cabbage and leeks into it.
We need to add salt and pepper as our preferences. The one I made was very spicy because I like to add little bit more of black pepper. Finally we can mix our rice with this mixture and eat.
If you don’t like spicy or can’t eat spicy don’t add too much of chili flakes and black pepper. Capsicum also brigs different taste of spicy into this. So we need to consider all three when adding the spices.
Hope you guys liked this recipe. Thank you for reading ❤.
