Hello everyone, Today is a great day for me. I think all are well. Today I am trying to cook a different food in my home just see and follow.
This is the first time I have post a blog in this community. So I am very excited about this. I want to discuss my favorite dis pigeon meat . I love it very much. One think I clear I am food lover person. So maximum time I will cook my own food. Pigeon meat is really delicious. I can’t waste my time just show how to ready pigeon meat. Hope everybody support me and encourage me about that.
###Ingredients:
- One kg pigeon meat.
- 3 pcs potato slice.
- 2 pcs onion slice.
- 2 tea spoon chili paste.
- 2 tea spoon turmeric powder.
- 1 tea spoon coriander paste.
- 1 tea spoon garlic paste.
- 1 tea spoon ginger paste.
- Little amount spice.
- One and half tea spoon salt.
Making step:
**Making step is very important issue of food. You must be follow the making rules otherwise you can’t make it perfect. I am here show the all rule step by step here as if need anybody make this at home. I suggest everyone this community people at least one time try it and fell how test it. This food is actually good for health.
First proper wash your pigeon meat and ingredients.
Set a pan in your stove then put some making oil.
When oil get hot put 2 pcs onion slice and mix it with oil.
Then put two spoon chili paste,
one tea spoon coriander paste,
one tea spoon ginger paste,
one tea spoon garlic paste,
put some spice ingredient,
one and half spoon salt,
two spoon turmeric powder. Then mixed it properly.
When it proper fry then put all pigeon meat and again mixed properly.
When it fully fry and it will be red then put potato slice and mixed it like photo.
After 15 minutes you can put half liter water and cover it.
The cooking process all most complete. After 20 minutes just check the test and let down the pan.**
###How to serve:
Serve is a art and must be know about how to serve.
This art will be present you different by others. Here I am show the final view how to serve. Take a ceramic bowl and put all meat. You can eat with all kind off food like rice, bread, and burger. This serving style ordinary styling. So why you late just try it and fell the test.
I am a food lover and I always try to make domestics food. Because I want to show my domestic food worldwide and they are try at their home. Everybody should focus their local food and try to share.
