Material :
- 1 kg of fresh goldfish
- 4 pieces of lime leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 stalk lemongrass crushed

- 800 miles of water
Ground spices :
- 8 spring onions
- 5 cloves of garlic

How to make :
- Clean the goldfish from the scales and dirt inside the stomach, Wash it off
- Then fry the goldfish until it is half dry, set aside
