¡Que el Universo los bendiga y los llene de Paz! hoy deseo compartir con ustedes mi suave nube rosa, preparada con yuca, un tubérculo que se da muy facilmente en muchos terrenos, es un gran aliado de nuestra cocina y entre esas cosas diferentes que le preparo a mi familia está esta: un fácil y sencillo postre que además de diferente sacia el apetito y nos da la oportunidad de darle un uso no habitual a la yuca.

Para hacer esta Suave Nube Rosa de Yuca necesitaremos:

Yuca 🌱
Azúcar 🌱
Sabor y colorante vegetal a colita 🌱

To make this Soft Pink Yuca Cloud we will need:

Cassava 🌱
Sugar 🌱
Flavor and vegetable coloring to cola 🌱

Preparación - Preparation

Una vez peladas las yucas, cantidad a gusto, se sancochan (sin sal) hasta que ablanden muy bien; luego se escurren y se pisan hasta hacer con ello una masa suave

Once the yucas are peeled, quantity to taste, they are parboiled (without salt) until they soften very well; then they are drained and crushed until they make a soft dough

Una vez que conseguimos tener una masa suave procedemos a utilizar un batidor de mano, electrico y con este le damos ese toque de suavidad que nos permita eliminar grumos. Una vez bien suave se procede a vaciar en una olla y se le agregan unas gotas de colorante y sabor vegetal, en este caso usé sabor a colita, tambien le agregué una taza y media de azúcar por tres de masa suave de yuca y se monta a fuego bajo, se remueve con paleta de madera hasta integrar y ver que se separa de los bordes de la olla y el fondo.

Once we get a smooth dough, we proceed to use an electric hand mixer and with this we give it that touch of smoothness that allows us to eliminate lumps. Once very soft, proceed to empty it in a pot and add a few drops of coloring and vegetable flavor, in this case I used tail flavor, I also added a cup and a half of sugar for three of soft yucca dough and it is assembled over low heat, stir with a wooden paddle until integrated and see that it separates from the edges of the pot and the bottom.

Cuando vemos que la suave masa se despega de los bordes y fondo de la olla, con cuidado de no quemarnos procedemos a vaciar esta mezcla en el recipiente (yo lo hice en el mismo envase para aprovechar los restos de yuca que quedaron en ella) procedemos a batir nuevamente con la batidora electrica hasta suavizar y cremar

Para finalizar, cuando vemos que esta mezcla esta cremosa, suave y fría la vaciamos en un envase o bandeja, podemos comer asi directamente, hacer bolas y pasar por almidón de yuca o maizina y dejar en el refrigerador y comer cuando queramos. Es un dulce diferente, con consistencia gelatinosacremosa, y sobre todo es un dulce muy rico en fibras naturales, bueno para nuestra dieta, nuestros intestinos, ayuda a recomponer la flora bacteriana necesaria que impulsa a nuestro sistema inmune.

Finally, when we see that this mixture is creamy, soft and cold, we empty it into a container or tray, we can eat it directly, make balls and pass through cassava starch or cornstarch and leave it in the refrigerator and eat whenever we want. It is a different sweet, with a gelatinous-creamy consistency, and above all it is a sweet very rich in natural fibers, good for our diet, our intestines, it helps to recompose the necessary bacterial flora that boosts our immune system.

A mi esposo y a mis hijas les encanta esta forma en como les hago dulce de yuca, a veces les pongo jugo de limón y color verde vegetal y es ¡realmente deliciosimo! también en vez de azúcar le colocan panela de papelón,canela y leche y es mucho mas deliciosa aún, son ideas para aprovechar y alimentar bien a nuestra familia.

My husband and my daughters love this way I make yuca candy, sometimes I put lemon juice and green vegetable color and it is really delicious! also instead of sugar they put panela de papelón, cinnamon and milk and it is even more delicious, they are ideas to take advantage of and feed our family well.
