En estos días de mucha lluvia se me ocurrió preparar un pan y como no tenía en ese momento harina de trigo me decidí por preparar un rico ¡pan de arroz!

Y sin salir de casa en una tarde lluviosa resolvimos la merienda, a continuación les comparto receta y paso a paso.

Ingredientes 🍞 Ingredents:
- El ingrediente principal, 2 tazas de arroz
- Media taza de aceite vegetal
- Un huevo
- 1 cdta y media de sal
- Una taza de agua tibia
- Una cucharada de levadura

Preparación 🍞 Preparation:
Las dos tazas de arroz las puse en remojo durante una hora, luego la cole y la coloque en una licuadora con el aceite, la sal y previamente la taza de agua que tibia, puse a leudar la cdta de levadura

Todos los ingredientes se incorporan y muelen bien junto al arroz remojado...

Aparte tomo una tortera y como no tengo papel encerado lo forro con hojas de cambur topocho, a la medida y en el vacío la mezcla
Besides, I take a pan and since I don't have waxed paper I line it with topocho banana leaves, to the measure and in a vacuum the mixture
Enciendo mi horno a 200 ⁰ y horneo hasta que al introducir un palillo éste sale limpio

Aparte prepare para acompañar, una fácil salsa,
🍆ingredientes: una berenjena y un grano de ajo, cuatro cucharadas de aceite, dos cucharadas de vinagre y sal al gusto.
🍆Preparación: lavo la berenjena y la tatemo directo al fuego en la hornilla directa... Una vez Bien carbonizada la piel se mete en una bolsa de plástico hasta que enfríe (con la finalidad de que se desprenda muy fácil está concha) ya fría la berenjena se le quita la piel y su pulpa se licua muy bien con el resto de los ingredientes,resultado: una deliciosísima crema de berenjena!
