INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast 500 g
Peeled almonds 130 g
Fresh ginger for grating 15 g
00 flour q.s.
Salt up to taste
Onions 60 g
Seed oil 25 g
Soy sauce 60 g
1 clove garlic
Water 20 g
Fry the minced garlic with the onion and ginger.
Cut the chicken breasts and after having floured them put them in a pan.
Add the soy, salt and hot water to create the sauce and finish cooking.
Aside, toast the almonds and add them to the chicken.
