GALETTE WITH BASIL, TOMATOES AND HAM

he idea was to make it with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella but when I opened the fridge it wasn't there 😕 so I had to find an alternative and here I put the ham. The choice was spot on because the ham remains crunchy and I love how it balances the cherry tomatoes and cheese that remain soft. You have to try it and you will see that it will not disappoint you 😉

INGREDIENTS
240 g type 1 flour
120 g sparkling water
40 g extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
20/25 basil leaves

To stuff
q.s. Cherry tomatoes
q.s. Emmental
q.s. pepper
q.s. Origan
q.s. black olives
3 slices of raw ham

We wash the basil leaves and blend them with water and oil. We put the mixture in a bowl and mix it with the flour and salt, knead until the mixture is smooth. We roll it out in the shape of a thin disc, put it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Separately, cut the tomatoes and season them with pepper and oregano. Cut the emmental and ham into small pieces. In the center of the galette we put the cherry tomatoes, olives, ham and cheese. Fold the dough and bake in a preheated static oven at 200 ° for 45 minutes.
