Mahalabia is too yuum!
I'm not a huge fan of milk-based dessert and most of our local dessert is milk-based. So I often skip dessert. But when it's about Mahalabia, I'm on it!
Mahalabia is an Arabian or mild-Eastern dessert. It's actually milk pudding or chilled milk. It's not too sweet but the taste is absolutely delicious.
I'm too lazy to make it myself and it doesn't come out good when I tried it at home. But I love this 'Cooper's' one. They only cost like $.80 and you can have some sweet good feeling at your mouth. I was not feeling good for a few days. And surprisingly my husband bought some Mahalabia yesterday. I wouldn't say food makes me happy every time. But this time it worked well. Because it's been a while we are not having restaurant food or anything. And it was well deserved!
People are going crazy about Starbucks. I have seen the debate as to whether we need to spend that much or we should adopt with some other brand. Well, I'm not here to judge anyone. Because I think when we get used to it, it's tough to go for something else. I'm not like I can't live without restaurant/outside food. But yeah, sometimes my tongue really desire good food.
This small cup really makes me smile! The smile is made out of white chocolate which was absolutely delicious!
Preparing Mahalabia is not that tough. You can watch different tutorials on Youtube and do it yourself. As I was saying I have tried it but it didn't come out well. So I couldn't share any recipe.
