Hi Foodie.. my name is Renata, this time I want to share a few recipes for you. Hopefully, it can be an inspiration for those who like to cook. this time I will give a little recipe for VEGETABLE PECAL, I hope you like it.

The raw materials we will use are:

  • swamp cabbage
  • tempeh
  • tofu
  • toge
  • long beans
  • peanuts
  • cabbage
  • Cayenne pepper
  • aromatic ginger
  • shrimp paste
  • tamarind
  • lime leaves
  • garlic
  • salt & sugar

what to do (1);

  • Boil water spinach, long beans, sprouts, and cabbage that we have washed and cut
  • Fried peanuts then blender
  • then blend cayenne pepper, traction, and garlic, then stir-fry
  • Fried tempeh and tofu that we have cut and cleaned

what to do (2);
after all the ingredients (chili, vegetables, peanuts, tempeh and tofu) are cooked, then we mix everything, then serve it on a plate
