Hi Foodie.. my name is Renata, this time I want to share a few recipes for you. Hopefully, it can be an inspiration for those who like to cook. this time I will give a little recipe for VEGETABLE PECAL, I hope you like it.
The raw materials we will use are:
- swamp cabbage
- tempeh
- tofu
- toge
- long beans
- peanuts
- cabbage
- Cayenne pepper
- aromatic ginger
- shrimp paste
- tamarind
- lime leaves
- garlic
- salt & sugar
what to do (1);
- Boil water spinach, long beans, sprouts, and cabbage that we have washed and cut
- Fried peanuts then blender
- then blend cayenne pepper, traction, and garlic, then stir-fry
- Fried tempeh and tofu that we have cut and cleaned
what to do (2);
after all the ingredients (chili, vegetables, peanuts, tempeh and tofu) are cooked, then we mix everything, then serve it on a plate
