Mathri is a crispy, crunchy snack that is mostly loved with tea. It has a flaky, crunchy texture. There are various versions available in the market and you can try a lot of them at home. I love the flavour of methi in Mathri so I made methi mathri today. Let’s see how we can make it.
Ingredients ⬇️
2 cups maida
1.5 cups all-purpose flour aata
3 tablespoon ghee or oil
1 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon kasuri methi
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
salt as required
1 pinch asafoetida hing
oil for frying
Water as required
