Recently, I had breakfast and lunch at the Beet Box Cafe in Kailua.
We shared the Mc Jegger Muffin, which is the Beet Box Cafe's vegan version of the famous breakfast sandwich. It came with house fries.
It is made with their house vegan breakfast sausage, a "Just Egg" vegan egg patty, vegan cheddar cheese and garlic aioli on a toasted local English Muffin. It's pretty good! Would order again!
We also shared 3 Little Birds, which came with chips.
It is made with strips of tempeh Fakin' Bacon, avocado, shredded carrot, tomato, red onion, sunflower sprouts and garlic aoili sandwiched between toasted multigrain bread. Would also order this again!
Then we went around the corner to Cafe Kopi and got a Pecan Cinnamon Cruffin for dessert. It had a pecan brittle top, with cinnamon croissant flaky bottom. Not too sweet, went great with Cold Brew.

The cheese which just comes out is something so yummy, I really like cheese especially with this big burger. And the potato too which is so perfect combo.
