Banana Cripsy Ice Cream

Material :
- 10 bananas, peeled and divided into 2 pieces
- Tpng coarse / panko bread is sufficient
- 50 gr dcc, steamed for topping
- Ice cream handle - Cooking oil to taste
- Dough dye:
- 200 gr flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- pinch of salt # Mix all the dipping dough, mix well and add enough water until the dough is thick.
How to make :
- Put the bananas in the dipping dough, rub with the bread until blended. Do it until it's finished n put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes so that the bread sticks perfectly.
- Remove and fry until cooked.
- Pierce with ice cream handle and decorate with melted dcc.
- Ready to be served.
