Banana Cripsy Ice Cream

Material :

  • 10 bananas, peeled and divided into 2 pieces
  • Tpng coarse / panko bread is sufficient
  • 50 gr dcc, steamed for topping
  • Ice cream handle - Cooking oil to taste
  • Dough dye:
  • 200 gr flour
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • pinch of salt # Mix all the dipping dough, mix well and add enough water until the dough is thick.
    How to make :
  • Put the bananas in the dipping dough, rub with the bread until blended. Do it until it's finished n put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes so that the bread sticks perfectly.
  • Remove and fry until cooked.
  • Pierce with ice cream handle and decorate with melted dcc.
  • Ready to be served.
