A good thing about the winter is that I always feel like using the oven. Here is an easy turkey recipe. 🦃

Uma coisa boa do Inverno é que me apetece sempre usar o forno. Aqui está uma receita de perú.🦃


Ingredients / Ingredientes:

1 turkey leg (~1Kg)1 perna de peru (~1Kg)
1 garlic head1 cabeça de alho
1 soup spoon of olive oil1 colher de sopa de azeite
1 soup spoon of lard1 colher de sopa de banha
1 bay leaf1 folha de louro
1 parsley bunch1 molho de salsa
1 lemon1 limão
paprikacolorau
saltsal

1 - Prepare the meat and wash it carefully.

1 - Preparar a carne e lavá-la cuidadosamente.

2 - Spread the lard in the meat and place it in the oven until it begins to colour.

2 - Barrar a carne com a banha e levar ao forno até alourar.

3 - Season with a mix of smashed garlic, salt, olive oil, bay leaf, chopped parsley, paprika and lemon juice. Let it rest for one hour. similar.

3 - Temperar com uma mistura de alho esmagado, sal, azeite, folha de louro, salsa picada, colorau e sumo de limão. Deixar respousar uma hora.

4 - Place in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes at 200ºC.

4 - Levar ao forno durante cerca de 30 minutos a 200ºC.

5 - There are many options to serve it with: roasted potatoes, smashed potatoes, grilled vegetables... I chose rice and tomato.

5 - Há muitas opções para acompanhar: batatas assadas, puré de batata, legumes grelhados... Eu escolhi arroz e tomate.
