Usually in the bread but also possible in the plate. The famous 'bifana' is a thin pork cut very versatile and quick to prepare.
🇵🇹 No pão ou no prato. A famosa bifana é um bife fino, muito versátil e rápido de preparar.
Ingredients / Ingredientes:
| 600g of pork cutlets | 600g de bifanas |
| 1 bunch of parsley | 1 molho de salsa |
| 2 lemons | 2 limões |
| 6 garlic cloves | 6 dentes de alho |
| 2 soup spoons of oil | 2 colheres de sopa de óleo |
| 1 soup spoon of margarine | 1 colher de sopa de margarina |
| 1 bay leaf | 1 folha de louro |
| salt | sal |
1 - Season with salt, smashed garlic, bay leaf and lemon juice. Wait for 3 hours. (It's quick to prepare, IF you leave this part aside 😆)
1 - Temperar com sal, alhos esmagados, louro e sumo de limão. Deixar marinar por 3 horas. (Lá se vai a parte de isto ser uma receita rápida.)
2 - Heat the fats on a frying pan.
2 - Aquecer as gorduras numa frigideira.
3 - Add the meat. 3 minutes later, add the parsley and the marinade.
Juntar a carne. Depois de 3 minutos, juntar a salsa e a marinada.
4 - Make sure it's cooked on both sides and that's it! I served it with rice and salad.
4 - Assegura-te que está cozinhado dos dois lados e já está!. Servi com arroz e salada.
5 - Two meals later... the typical version with bread. A few drops of hot sauce and... Shut up and eat! 😋
5 - Duas refeições mais tarde... a versão típica no pão. Umas gotas de picante e... cala-te e come! 😋
