3 potatoes
1 head of garlic

preparation:
In a bowl place the steaks and add a small teaspoon of cube and marinade a pinch of salt, peeled and crushed garlic and leave it covered for 2 minutes. In the meantime, heat the oil in a casserole dish and fry it until it is golden brown.
Separately in a pot we put the half kilo of rice add salt to taste a little bit of oil and place it over medium heat, stir it and then add water.
Once the bisted is fried, the potatoes are peeled and chopped in long strips, then the plate is chopped and fried in the same way.
