I made two cakes filled with arequipe, as they love it, the ingredients I used are the following.
All purpose flour
500 gm butter
1 liter of milk
6 eggs
2 kilo of sugar
Cocoa powder
Arequipe
Les realize dos tortas rellena de arequipe como a ellas les encanta los ingredientes que utilice son los siguientes.
Harina todo uso
500 gm de mantequilla
1 litros de leche
6 Huevo
2 kilo de azucar
Cacao en polvo
Arequipe
Now I am going to explain how to prepare it, first beat the butter with the sugar then add the eggs and continue beating then add the milk and finally the flour, add a teaspoon of vanilla and continue beating until you get the mixture.
Then put half of the mixture in a high mold and the other half add cocoa powder and beat again to obtain the chocolate mixture for the other cake and then put it in another high mold to be baked in the oven for 45 minutes.
Ahora les voy a esplicar como la prepare, primero se bate la mantequilla con el azúcar luego se le agrega los huevos se sigue batiendo despues se le va agregando la leche y por ultimo la harina, se le agrega una cucharilla de vainilla y se sigue batiendo hasta obtener la mezcla.
Luego se coloca en un molde alto la mitad de la mezcla la otra mitad le agrega cacao en polvo y se bate nuevamente para obtener la mezcla de chocolate para la otra torta luego se coloca en otro molde alto para ser llevada al horno por 45 minutos de coccion.
Once ready we remove it from the oven let it cool and decorate it with arequipe and to finish we put some toppers that you can get in the piñaterias.

Ya lista la retiramos del horno las dejamos enfriar y la decoramos con arequipe y para terminar ñees colocamos unos toper que se pueden conseguir en la piñaterias.
