Ingredientes

  • 1 Taza de azucar
  • Media taza de agua
  • 3 Huevos
  • 750 ml de leche
  • 2 Tazas de azúcar
  • 1 Taza y media de harina de trigo
  • 2 Cucharadas de mantequilla

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • Half cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 750ml of milk
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup and a half of wheat flour
  • 2 butter spoons

Lo primero que hice fue en un molde agregar una taza de azucar y colocar a fuego medio hasta disolver la azúcar y formar un caramelo, una vez bien disuelta agregue una taza de agua y mezclar hasta integrar todo, apague el fuego y esparcí el caramelo por todo el molde.

The first thing I did was in a mold add a cup of sugar and place over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and form a caramel, once well dissolved add a cup of water and mix until everything is integrated, turn off the heat and spread the caramel over the whole mold.

En la licuadora agregue los huevos, Seguidamente la leche ya batida, la harina de trigo, mantequilla y azúcar, licue durante 3 minutos hasta integrar todo muy bien y sin grumos.

In the blender add the eggs, then the milk already whipped, the wheat flour, butter and sugar, blend for 3 minutes until everything is well integrated and without lumps.

Agregue la mezcla en el molde que tenia con el caramelo ya frío muy cuidadosamente.

Colocar el molde en una olla mas grande y llevar al fuego a baño de maria, colocando la olla a fuego alto, agregue agua hasta la mitad del molde y la tape, deje cocinar por 45 minutos.

Place the mold in a larger pot and bring to the fire a bain-marie, placing the pot over high heat, add water up to half the mold and the tape, let cook for 45 minutes.

Una vez transcurrido el tiempo se verá así, ya estaba listo, asi que deje apague el fuego y deje enfriar durante unas horas.

Una vez frío desmolde y asi quedo, listo para disfrurarlo, muy delicioso

Hola @rodriguezcorina se ve que quedó muy rico su pudin, es una manera diferente y creo que aporta mayor cremosidad a los postres, lo unico es que siento que requiere mucho mas tiempo y atención, pero definitivamente el resultado es grandioso, gracias por su receta
