Hi foodies bee hiver! Let me share you one of my comfort food and it is very easy to cook, ginisang bulinaw with mamatis.
Ingredients:
5 Ripe Tomatoes, slice in small pieces
1 cup of Bulinaw (dried fish)
salt to taste
1/4 cup oil
onion and garlic, minced
This is the bulinaw I am talking about, I don't know what it is called in English.
Let's get cooking!
Sautee onion and garlic until fragrant and transparent, next is to add the bulinaw and let it fry until slightly brown. Finally add the tomatoes and salt, mix it well and let it simmer.
When the tomatoes becomes mushy, turn off the heat.
It's done, this is so yummy!
