These sardines are simple to prepare inexpensive and very healthy, they will be better than canned ones.
It is ideal for those who are allergic to canned food.
- Sardinas 1kilo
- Papas 1/2 kilo

- Cilantro
- Cebolla

INGREDIENTS:
- Sardines 1kilo
- 1/2 kilo potatoes
- Lemons 2 units
- Peppers
- Garlic
- Cilantro
- Onion
- Salt
PREPARATION:
Once the sardines were well cleaned, we began to place a layer of potatoes and one of the sardines in a cauldron. Be careful if you have a pressure cooker, they look much better there and it is the same cooking time over low heat.
We add the seasonings and salt, if you wish you can add a seasoning of your choice, in this case just add 3 tablespoons of oil.
Add water and lemon juice just until all the ingredients are covered, placing the potatoes in between each layer helps the saldinas not fall apart when they start to boil. Leave on low heat for approximately 45 minutes.
If it is your taste, you can also prepare them with tomante sauce, they will surely be delicious.
