Hola que tal querida gente de #foodiesbeehive. Es nuevamente un placer estar el dia de hoy compartiendo una nueva preparación con todos ustedes. Se trata de una rica y muy sencillas pasta mariposa con chorizo, la cual no toma mas 10 minutos prepararla y es un plato muy rico.
Hello how are you dear people of #foodiesbeehive. It is again a pleasure to be today sharing a new preparation with all of you. It is a rich and very simple butterfly pasta with chorizo, which does not take more than 10 minutes to prepare and is a very rich dish.
Los ingrediente que utilicé fueron los siguientes / The ingredients I used were the following
- 250g de pasta mariposa / butterfly pasta
- 1 chorizo / chorizo
- 1 Tomate pequeño / small tomato
- Cebollín / chives
- Cilantro / Cilantro
- aceite / oil
- Agua / water
- Sal / salt
Inicie esta preparación colocando a hervir en una olla un poco de agua y una vez que esta hirvió agregue la plasta mariposa a cocinar.
Start this preparation by boiling a little water in a pot and once it has boiled, add the butterfly paste to cook.
El siguiente paso fue picar resto de los ingrediente.
The next step was to chop the rest of the ingredients.
Luego de picar los ingrediente lleve al fuego una sartén con un mínimo de aceite a fuego alto y le di una rápida cocción.
After chopping the ingredients, heat a pan with a minimum of oil over high heat and give it a quick cook.
Una vez que estuvo mi sofrito lo retire del fuego y cole la pasta para luego unir todo en un envase grande y así poder revolver todo.
Once my sofrito was done, remove it from the heat and strain the pasta to later combine everything in a large container and thus be able to stir everything.
