Greetings, food lovers! Today I want to share with you a review of my visit to a sub and salad restaurant in my city, Maracay, Venezuela. It is Baruch 1948, which has a dynamic and style very similar to the popular Subway franchise.
The Subway restaurants have become popular in many parts of the world and my country was no exception, until some time ago the franchise closed, at least in my city. As a big fan of this type of food I used to visit the various restaurants that were all over the city quite often, because I really liked the quality and diversity of the subs and salads they prepared there.
It was a source of joy and enthusiasm to know that in several parts of the city they opened a chain of submarine sandwiches called Baruch 1948 with practically the same options of flavors and fillings as Subway; actually it seems a pretty good imitation. I had the opportunity to visit the location in the Los Aviadores Mall, in the south of the city, almost on the outskirts.
I noticed that the Baruch restaurant not only offers the typical sandwiches, salads, cookies and coffee, but they also sell spices, nuts, a variety of teas or infusions and fruit smoothies. Let's just say that they seek to offer the general public products that are considered healthy and natural.
On this visit I tried the Italian sub, one of my favorites because they have a lot of flavor and a spicy touch because of the pepperoni, I felt that its flavor equals that of subway and I was truly satisfied with the experience, also the preparation processes and the way of serving are practically identical.
They have very fresh ingredients and a variety of toppings and sauces, in addition to a diverse and complete menu for the enjoyment of visitors.
It caught my attention that on one wall there was a poster explaining a little of the inspiration for the name of this restaurant.
Without a doubt I plan to return to this restaurant chain and continue trying the flavors they offer since this experience was pleasant and worth repeating.
Viendo las fotos, me recordé los Subway. Cómo disfrutaba de estos sandwich. Este que disfrutaste son muy parecidos y se ven muy buenos.
Precisamente este restaurante es muy similar a Subway en muchos aspectos y eso es algo que me llama la atención, por lo cual voy a regresar y probar otros sabores de sandwich.

The Italian sub is definitely one of the best, its ingredients are absolutely delicious and go perfect together.

Por cierto acá en Cumaná había unas franquicias de Subway y no recuerdo haber probado sus sandwiches 🥹 ahora ni están y que quede con la duda al igual que burger king 😅.

Aquí en Maracay hay bastantes franquicias y diversidad pero más que todo en cuanto a comida, en cuanto a otro tipo de atracciones no tanto. Bueno está la costa y sus playas. Pero básicamente en cuánto a entretenimiento lo que abunda son lugares para comer.
