Hoy les hice un delicioso quesillo que les vengo a mostrar para que lo hagan.

Este quesillo es un dulce muy conocido en mi país Venezuela y súper delicioso.
This quesillo is a well-known sweet in my country Venezuela and super delicious.
Bueno acá les voy a dejar los ingredientes a usar.
Well here I am going to leave you the ingredients to use.
Ingredientes:
Caramelo.
4cucharadas de azúcar.
2 cucharadas de agua.
Mezcla:
3 huevos.
Un vaso de leche .
Un vaso de agua.
Un vaso de azúcar.
Leche condensada.
Vainilla.
Alcohol/ whisky.
- Ingredients:
Candy.
4 tablespoons of sugar.
2 tablespoons of water.
Mixture:
3 eggs.
A glass of milk .
A glass of water.
A glass of sugar.
Condensed milk.
Vanilla.
Alcohol / whisky.
Paso a paso: para el caramelo.
Acá primero tenemos que agarrar nuestro envase que es la quesillera, vertir las 4 cucharadas de azúcar y las dos de agua, llevar a fuego bajo y dejar que hierba hasta u cambie a un color marrón luego apagar la cosina y regar el caramelo por todo el envase.
Step by step: for the caramel.
Here first we have to take our container that is the quesillera, pour the 4 tablespoons of sugar and the two of water, bring to a low heat and let it boil until it changes to a brown color, then turn off the kitchen and spread the caramel all over the container.
Paso a paso: de la mezcla.
Step by step: from the mix.
Acá primero tomamos los 3 huevos los ponemos en la licuadora los batimos.
Here first we take the 3 eggs we put them in the blender we beat them.
luego colocamos el vaso de leche en polvo.
then we put the glass of powdered milk,
echamos el vaso de agua.
we add the glass of water.
el vaso de azúcar.
the glass of sugar.
la mitad de la leche condensada.
half of the condensed milk.
vainilla al gusto y un poco de alcohol ( ron) en este caso yo use whisky eso es para darle un sabor diferente.
vanilla to taste and a little alcohol ( rum) in this case I used whiskey that is to give it a different flavor.
Luego dejamos batir 3 minutos y ya así mi mezcla de mi quesillo está lista.
Then we let it beat for 3 minutes and now my quesillo mixture is ready.
Luego coloque la mezcla en el caramelo y tapar el envase.
Then place the mixture in the caramel and cover the container.
Agarrar una olla más grande ponerle agua menos de la mitad y poner mi envase con la mezcla, yo coloque una roca encima de la tapa del envase para que no se abriera, tapar la olla y dejar cocinar a baño María por una hora.
Take a larger pot, put less than half the water in it and put my container with the mixture, I placed a rock on top of the container lid so that it would not open, cover the pot and let it cook in a bain-marie for an hour.
Ya pasado la hora sacamos el envase y dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente, ya frío nuestro quesillo llega el momento de desmoldarlo, agarre un plato lo coloque en la parte de arriba el envase lo gire y ya así desmolde mi quesillo.
Once the hour has passed, we take out the container and let it cool to room temperature, when our cheese is cold, it is time to unmold it, grab a plate, place it on top of the container, turn it over and then unmold my cheese.
Y bueno este fue el resultado de mi receta, espero y Allá disfrutado mi receta como yo disfrute este delicioso quesillo.

El quesillo es la gloriaaaaaa!! Es uno de mis postres favoritos, hace poco hice tambien uno y te cuento que no durooo nada jajajajaja!!! Un abrazo, fue un placer observar tu receta paso a paso.
