Una de tortas que más me gustan es ésta, en realidad es mi favorita en el mundo. Su cremosidad y sabor es incomparable y es como si estuvieras en casa siempre al comerla

Los ingredientes para prepararla son los siguientes:
- 500 gr de calabaza cortada y pelada preferiblemente, si tienes el puré muchísimo mejor
- 1 taza de azúcar
- 1 taza de mantequilla o margarina
- 3 huevos
- 1 taza de harina
- 1cda de Canela
- Clavo de olor molido una pizca (super poquito)
- Esencia de vainilla
- Leche en polvo o leche líquida

- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tbsp of Cinnamon, Ground cloves a pinch (super little)
- Vanilla
- Powdered milk or liquid milk
Lo primero que debemos hacer es poner a cocer la calabaza en una olla la colocamos previamente cortada y limpia, colocamos la canela y el clavo y dejamos hervir hasta que se ablande.

En una licuadora poner la calabaza, la leche en polvo y Batir. Si no tienes leche en polvo usa líquida. Debe quedar como una sopa espesa.

En un bowl batimos la mantequilla, el azúcar, los huevos y la vainilla. Bate muy bien. Luego integra el puré y la harina y continua batiendo hasta que todo se unifique.

Llevamos a un molde previamente enharinado y colocamos en un horno precalentado a 180° por 30 minutos.

Deja reposar dos horas antes de consumir. Quedará una textura cremosa y deliciosa.
