- HARINA DE TRIGO 2 TAZAS
- AZUCAR 1 CDA
- LEVADURA GRANULADA 1 CDA
- ACEITE 3 CDAS
- SAL 1 CDITA
- AGUA TIBIA NECESARIA PARA CREAR TU MASA
- ALUMINUM PAPER 4 SQUARES 15X15CM
- WHEAT FLOUR 2 CUPS
- SUGAR 1 CDA
- GRANULATED YEAST 1 CDA
- 3 CDAS OIL
- SAL 1 CDITA
- WARM WATER NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR DOUGH
The first thing we are going to do is assemble our paper cone
We are going to take the 4 squares of it, place 1 on top of the other and we will roll it into a cone shape
Luego que armes el cono te va a quedar la parte ancha un poco deforme, vas a meter el papel hacia adentro para que el cono pueda pararse.

Ahora vamos con la masa
Nada de complicaciones agregamos todos los ingredientes excepto la sal y toda el agua(para que vayas viendo cuanto vas a necesitar) vas amasando y vas agregando agua hasta que logres formar una masa, luego agregas la sal y sigues amasando por 10 minutos. ¿Por qué no agregamos la sal con todo? Porque la levadura es delicada y si agregamos la sal en contacto con ella puede morir y no te crecerá la masa.

Coloca la masa en un bowl y tapa con un paño húmedo, deja reposar por 50 minutos o hasta que doble su volumen.

Luego desgasifica (espichala) y estira en un mesón enharinado con un rodillo y forma triángulos que den para forrar el cono de aluminio, pega la franja donde se unen las masas con agua para que no se te abre en el horno.

Cuando estén doraditas saca del horno, deja reposar y quítales el papel aluminio arrugandolo y con movimientos de un lado al otro.

Luego agregas tu salsa de pizza cubres los lados y agregas queso, vegetales, jamón (todo esto es a tu gusto) luego otra capa de salsa, vegetales, jamón y así vas hasta llenar el cono y al final debes agregar queso y los topping con que decorarás.

Llevas al horno para que que se derrita el queso(en una taza resistente al horneado) que quede paradito el cono y Ya tendrás tu hermoso y delicioso cono de pizza.
