Next, the snakehead fish frying process, put the clean cork fish into a frying pan that is already filled with hot oil, fry the snakehead fish until it is brownish or cooked, then remove the cooked snakehead fish.

The last stage is mixing the pounded spices with the snakehead fish, this last stage we first fry the pounded spices. Enter the spices into the frying pan, wait until the spices are browned, then add the fried snakehead fish, stir until evenly distributed, if it smells good, remove the spicy fish sauce from the gamus fish.
