Hola amigos otra vez yo por acá, hoy les traigo un arroz con champiñones y pollo con diferentes especias muy fácil de hacer. Este plato se uede acompañar con unas ricas Papas fritas y ensalada.

Ingredientes :

2 champiñones.
1/2 zanahoria.
1/2 pimenton.
1/2 cebolla.
100g de perejil.
100 gr de cilantro.
Orégano.
Ciboulette.
Romero.
1 taza de Arroz.
400 gr de pechuga.

Ingredients :

2 mushrooms.
1/2 carrot.
1/2 paprika.
1/2 onion.
100g of parsley.
100 grams of coriander.
Oregano.
Chives.
Rosemary.
1 cup of rice.
400 gr of breast.

Para el arroz cortamos los champiñones en láminas, el pimenton en cubos y rallamos la zanahoria.

En una olla agregamos un chorrito de aceite una vez caliente colocamos la taza de Arroz y los vegetales que hemos cortado anteriormente y revolvemos, el truco para que el arroz quede sueltesito es freír bien hasta que tenga un color perlado, colocamos agua y dejamos cocinar por 20 minutos.

For the rice, we cut the mushrooms into slices, the paprika into cubes and grate the carrot.

In a pot we add a splash of oil once hot we place the cup of rice and the vegetables that we have cut previously and stir, the trick so that the rice is loose is to fry well until it has a pearly color, we put water and let it cook for 20 minutes.

El pollo lo condimentamos con las especies y le agregamos un poco de sal.

En un sartén caliente ponemos a freír el pollo junto con la cebolla, doramos por ambos lados, luego agregamos el perejil u cilantro y dejamos cocinar por 20 minutos aproximadamente.

Servimos acompañado de papas y ensalada.

We season the chicken with the spices and add a little salt.

In a hot skillet, fry the chicken along with the onion, brown on both sides, then add the parsley or cilantro and let cook for approximately 20 minutes.
