Hola amigos de Hive hoy les traigo una rica receta con berenjena.
Hello friends of Hive today I bring you a delicious recipe with Eggplant.
Los ingredientes son :
1 berenjena.
1 huevo.
1 lámina de queso.
Pasta de tomate.
Cilantro.
1/2 taza de harina de trigo.
Especias al gusto.
The ingredients are :

Tomato paste.

1/2 cup of wheat flour

Preparación :
Ponemos la berenjena a calentar en la candela hasta que la cáscara esté bien quemada para así poder pelarla más fácil.
Una vez pelada la cortamos por la mitad y secamos con una servilleta para sacar el exceso de agua.
Agarramos cada mitad y con cuidado abrimos en el centro y agregamos un poco de queso, luego lo pasamos por el huevo previamente batido y condimentado, lo pasamos luego por la harina.
En un sartén bien caliente colocamos las milanesas de berenjena ya rebozadas y freímos.
En otra olla colocamos la pasta de tomate y ponemos las milanesas ya cocidas, agregamos un poco de cilantro y queso y cocinamos hasta que el queso se derrita.
En este caso lo servi acompañado de unas papas mayo, ensalada de repollo y un poco de pollo.

In another pot we place the tomato paste and put the milanesas already cooked, add a little coriander and cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
In this case I served it accompanied by some mayo potatoes, cabbage salad and a little chicken.
