I was just eating quinoa seeds as my evening snack which my better half ordered , thinking that it gives nutrition to our body and as a sudden I started reading the packet and saw its price which is ten times of beaten wheat (Dalia) and beaten wheat is much better in taste terms also.
Now days various superfoods become very popular like various seeds, berries etc . Yes they are good but not pocket friendly and in health terms they provide same level of nutrition when compared to our old traditional superfoods.
So the question is why we are replacing our old but gold SUPERFOODS for such new era popular superfoods ,just because they are ready to eat ,packaged and we don't have to put extra efforts .We only tear the pack and get relieve from hunger .
We have more options
My questions to you people - Why seeds not nuts?
Why cranberries not raisins?
Why quinoa not beaten wheat?
And last but not least Why yogabar not Yoga or exercises?😃
Just think before you eat
