Rebon shrimp cooked with shrimp paste plus boiled green eggplant increased my appetite, because usually when we don't have an appetite, what we usually cook is this rebon shrimp sambal maska, and also the Kareng sambal that I shared in my previous post.
Here are my ingredients and procedures for cooking delicious rebon shrimp with added shrimp paste.
Materials used
A handful of rebon shrimp
3 red chilies
1 tomato
4 cloves of shallots
1 clove of garlic
1 piece of shrimp paste
10 pieces of cayenne pepper
Manufacturing procedure
Cut the eggplant into 2 pieces, then boil the eggplant until wilted, then wash the rebon shrimp thoroughly, I washed it 5 to 6 times, because these dried rebon shrimp usually have a lot of sand stuck to them.
