Apple fritters look tasty :D Youngest made some kuih kodok recently (though they keep calling them fried banana balls XD) with a much simpler recipe XD (mashed banana and flour).
We've been having a fair bit of rain and blustery weather around here too, but been more busy on our screens than doing anything useful in the kitchen XD
