Greetings #hivers and happy start to the week. Today I had to improvise a meal and the end result was very tasty.
Due to the rain, I couldn't go out to market, so I had to check the fridge and prepare lunch with what I had at home.
Saludos #hivers y feliz inicio de semana. El día de hoy me toco improvisar una comida y el resultado final fue muy sabroso.
Por motivo de lluvia no pude salir hacer mercado por lo que me toco revisar la nevera y preparar el almuerzo con lo que tenía en casa.
Espaguetis con mortadela, queso, salsas y jugo.

We begin this preparation by bringing a pot to the fire with water. When it is boiling add the salt and the spaghetti. We stir and let cook.
Comenzamos esta preparación llevando una olla al fuego con agua. Cuando este hirviendo agregamos la sal y el espaguetis. Removemos y dejamos cocinar.
Once the spaghetti is ready, strain, add the butter and the diced mortadella. We stir again and reserve.
Una vez listo el espagueti, colamos, añadimos la mantequilla y la mortadela cortado en cuadritos. Removemos nuevamente y reservamos.
We continue with the ripe banana slices. We fry the slices on both sides until golden brown
Seguimos con las tajadas de plátano maduro. Freímos las tajadas por ambos lados hasta dorar.
In our plate of preference we add the spaghetti, cheese, sauces and slices of ripe banana.
En nuestro plato de preferencia agregamos los espaguetis, queso, salsas y tajadas de plátano maduro.
I already have my improvised, fast and very tasty meal ready.
