Holidays can't always be enjoyed all the time, especially if we have a culinary business like Sate Sagobi. Taking advantage of the holiday momentum for the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, I and several relatives visited the city of Idi Rayeuk, East Aceh district, Aceh province.
This city is indeed known as the second largest fresh sea fish landing center in our province, if the first is in the city of Banda Aceh, then the second largest is in the city of Idi Rayeuk.
To get to the city of Idi, my friends and I used a road trip from the city of Lhokseumawe, the journey of 97 kilometers we took 2 hours.
Arriving in the city of Idi, we went straight to the culinary center which is well known for serving fresh grilled fish caught by local fishermen. We immediately chose some fish to prepare for lunch this time.
Pomfret which is quite large is the main choice, besides that there is a type of jackfruit seed fish, we chose two types of fish to be weighed and then burned in the grill.
Pak Tiar's grilled fish stall is quite simple, the price of grilled fish that is sold is also still relatively cheap and familiar to the public. Like the pomfret that I ordered, the per kilogram is only IDR 35000 rupiah. I ordered 4 kilograms for 4 people who like fresh grilled fish.
Waited for 10 minutes, the lunch dish arrived at our table. White rice and grilled fish served with soy sauce and the typical condiments of Pak Tiar's stalls, which are well known in this area, make your stomach growl.
Not long after, I immediately started tasting this delicious grilled fish, the soy sauce seasoning was very clear on the tongue, the addition of cayenne pepper and chopped tomatoes and shallots completed this lunch with my friends in the city of Idi Rayeuk, Aceh-Indonesia Province.
