Hello everyone I hope you are enjoying your Sunday. Sunday is the most happiest day for everyone. Every Sunday I like to cook something new for family because everybody at home.

Here I have cooked green peas kachori so here I am going to share detailed information about ingredients and how to cook it. This is not much famous recipe because there are lots of alternative for breakfast so people prefer them.

But This one is also very tasty. But may be peas is not available everywhere so that's why it's less popular.

Grind the peas first and make a paste along with this make paste of green chili also.

Here are the ingredients. Below are images so you can also check it.

  • Cooking oil : As required for fry and make
  • Turmeric : 1/2 tea spoon
  • Peas paste : 100 gram
  • Ajwain : 1 tea spoon
  • Salt : As requirement
  • Wheat flour : 200 gram
  • Green chili paste : 2 tea spoon
  • Hot spice : 1 tea spoon

So I hope you are ready with above given ingredients. You can increase the ingredient quantity as your requirement. Here I am cooking for 4 people.

First of all take wheat flour and add some cooking oil, Turmeric, Peas paste, Ajwain, Salt, Wheat flour, Green chili paste and Hot spice. Quantity is listed above. Mix them properly.

Now second step is make small chapatis until you complete the whole flour. You can see the below image.

Now simply put a pan on gas stove and add some cooking oil in the pan. Fry them all.

You can add Sauce, green chilly and coriander to design it.
