Veg Cutlet | Detailed Process & Ingredients | My Daughter's Favorite

Hello people I hope you are doing well. The recipe that i am going to share is the best for breakfast. But you can't eat it with tea but it suitable with tomato sauce. So I have made cutlet for my daughter because she like it so much. So that's why I decided to cook it. It is not so difficult you just have to follow my step by step guide.

So anyway let's move to the ingredients. I have shared ingredients quantity , images and text also so you can understand. And yes one more thing boil potatoes and make the paste, also make bread crumbs. You can buy bread crumbs from the market.

  • Salt : As requirement
  • Flattened rice : 100 gram
  • Lemon juice : 1 tea spoon
  • Green chili paste : 2 tea spoon
  • Potato paste : 100 gram
  • bread crumbs : 50 gram

    So the cooking method is simple. Take all the ingredients and mix them properly

    Now make small circle by taking little part. You can also make heart design or anything you want. Do it till you finish all the paste.

    Now put the pan on gas stove and add cooking oil in it. And fry one by one.

    So your cutlet recipe is ready. You can serve it with tomato sauce.

    This recipe is very simple and interesting. I did not know about flattened rice, I guess it is ordinary rice that has been processed, flattened. I hadn't thought of mixing potatoes with rice, but the texture and flavor you get must be interesting. No había pensado en mezclar papas con arroz, pero debe ser interesante la textura y el sabor que se obtiene.
