Fried Bee Hoon is an easy and quick one meal dish that is always flavourful and delicious. I prepare many versions of Fried Bee Hoon, and this is one such type. It can be easily cooked with a few ingredients that are readily available in your pantry. Those who are not a fan of anchovies can always replace it with prawns or chicken.
Fried Bee Hoon Ingredients:
- 200 gm Rice Vermicelli
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Large Onion
- 3 Dried Chillies
- 2 tbsp Anchovies/ Ikan Bilis
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- Soya Sauce to taste
- 1 Cup Water
