It is a delicious fusion of Chinese and Malay cuisines that come together well in this spicy dish. It goes along with any non-spicy side dish or just plain white rice as well.
Spicy Soya Sauce Fish Fillet Ingredients:
To marinate and fry Fish Fillet:
- 800 gm fish cubes
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper powder
- 2 tsp Corn Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Water
For further cooking:
- Oil
- 2 inch Ginger (cut into strips)
- 6 crushed Bird's Eye Chillies
- 4 cloves chopped Garlic
- 3 Big Onions (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 3 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 1 and 1/2 cups Water
- 1 chopped Tomato (discard seeds)
- 2 sliced Big Red Chillies
