Torta Fantasía de Chocolate-Chocolate Fantasy Cake-

Hola mis bellos amantes de la Comida Hive, hoy les comparto mi receta de torta de chocolate con mi toque personal para que su paladar deguste el rico y delicioso sabor a Chocolate de una forma más intensa.

Hello my beautiful Hive Food lovers, today I share my chocolate cake recipe with my personal touch so that your palate can taste the rich and delicious Chocolate flavor in a more intense way.

Ingredientes:

*1 kg Harina de trigo leudante
*1 1/2 kg de Azúcar
*6 huevos
*300 gr de Chocolate amargo
*1 litro de Leche
*50 gr de Maizena
*500 gr de Margarina

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Self-rising wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 kg of Sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 300 gr of Bitter Chocolate
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 50 gr of cornstarch
  • 500 gr of Margarine

Preparación:

En un bowl colocar la margarina y 1kg de azúcar mezclar con una paleta o batidora hasta obtener una pasta, agregar los 6 huevos e ir incorporando taza por taza el kg de harina, agregar 100 gr de chocolate amargo y 500 cc de leche liquida mezclar todo hasta obtener una consistencia cremosa, la mezcla debe quedar oscura por el chocolate amargo.

Verter la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado y enharinado, llevarlo al horno a 180° C por 40 minutos. desmoldar colocar en una bandeja honda y dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente.

Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured mold, take it to the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. unmold, place in a deep tray and let cool to room temperature.

En una olla colocar 500ml de leche liquida,100 gr de chocolate amargo, 2 cucharadas soperas de maizena y 200 gr de azúcar, mezclar con un batidor llevar a fuego lento revolviendo constantemente hasta que espese retirar del fuego y llevar al refrigerador. Después de que enfrié picar por la mitad de forma horizontal la torta y rellenar con la crema de chocolate y reservando parte de ella para decorar.

In a saucepan place 500ml of liquid milk, 100 g of dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 200 g of sugar, mix with a whisk, bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until thick, remove from heat and take to the refrigerator. After it has cooled, chop the cake in half horizontally and fill with the chocolate cream and reserving part of it to decorate.

En un envase agregar 100 gr de chocolate amargo, 200ml de agua y 300gr de azúcar, revolver todo para obtener un chocolate puro, puyar la torta reiteradas veces por todas partes con un palito de altura, luego ir agregando la mezcla pura de chocolate liquido hasta que la misma lo absorba y adquiera una consistencia suave y mojada.

Seguidamente agregamos o bañamos la torta con la crema de chocolate que reservamos, dejamos enfriar en el refrigerador y degustamos esta practica, rapido y sencillo postre para compartir en familia y amigos como lo hago los domingos en casa. Espero les haya gustado y la pongan en práctica.
