I’m presenting you new recipes i made last couple of days!
I make sure to eat healthy 90% of the day so these foods are my made products. I promise you i do this with lots of love 🥰
- Well, this is tortilla filled with whey filling bananas and chocolate protein pudding!
My whey is vanila favour so I mixed it woth almond milk, and put on tortilla. After that spread i put bananas, then chocolate pudding. That’s something i made up and it’s absolutely delicous. You must try it😍
2.You already saw these kind of oatmeals. I mixes instant oats (banana flavour) with my whey, added apple, puding, dark chocolate and peanut butter of course. You can’t make a mistake with this.
- This is rye bread salmon sandwich! Pretty awesome! Protein spread, salmon and besides that i ate broccoli with it. So yummy.
Last but not least, peas with chicken
So easy to make and full of protein 🥰🥰🥰
